Gina Graham is the best out there, period. Patient and Attentive ! She helped find our dream home. We got tired of city living dealing with traffic and increased population. We wanted a larger space to call our own and have a few farm animals. After a short time of viewing homes, our biggest worry now is 'should we get chickens or goats first'. My husband and I were moving to Jacksonville from the west coast. We had not been to Jacksonville so we were not familiar with the areas. Gina was awesome. She was kind but firm with me. I respect that about her. I am very happy to say that she sold our house for us during an pandemic. I don't know anyone else who can say that.

Last year I asked Gina to stage a house I owned that had languished in the market for a few months. After her staging work I had an offer in three weeks that went to closing. I just purchased a house and Gina put on her real estate agent hat, helping me get a very nice house at a more than fair price. She is now doing the "Dwell" part of her services on the new house helping me choose furniture and decorate using my art work. The test for most services offered is whether you would use them again, and recommend them. In Gina's case I would definitely ask for her help in future and also recommend her to others.

Recently, moved to the St. Augustine area of Florida from northern New York after a significantly long illness. I was given Ms. Graham's name and told she was a hardworking realtor that would help me navigate the real estate market here in northeast Florida.
