Privacy Policy

This is my site and my policy. It says what I collect when you write to me, why I hold it, who else ever sees it, and how to have it taken away again.

What I collect

When you send a form on this site I receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you chose to give one, whatever you wrote in the message box, and the page the form sat on. The phone number is optional on every form here.

The server keeps the ordinary records every web server keeps: the internet address the request came from, the page asked for, the time, and the browser used. Cloudflare serves this site and gives me visitor counts without setting cookies and without following you to any other site. There are no advertising cookies and no advertising trackers on these pages.

Why I collect it

To answer you. What you send is what I read before I reply and before we talk.

To send you the relocation guide when that is what you asked for.

To send you occasional market updates, and only if you asked for them by signing up. Your name and email address go on a list held in this site’s own database, with the date you signed up, the page you signed up from and the internet address the form came from, so I can show when and how you asked. Those emails are not going out yet; once they start, every one of them will carry an unsubscribe link and I will honor it the day you use it.

To call or text you about your inquiry if you left a phone number. Texts go only to people who ticked the consent box on a form. Consent to be texted is never a condition of buying or selling anything with me, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time or HELP for help.

Who else sees it

Nobody is sold your details, and nobody rents or trades them. What you send reaches me and Herron Real Estate, the brokerage I am licensed with, and it passes through the email service that carries the message to my inbox and my reply back to you. The type on these pages is served by Google Fonts, so your browser asks fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com for it and those two see your IP address, the way any site you open sees it. If you asked for market updates, that list lives in this site’s own database and nowhere else today; no mailing service holds a copy of it. If I add one to send those emails on my behalf, it will hold your name and email address too, and this page will name it before the first email goes out. That is the whole list, apart from anything the law or a court ever required me to produce.

How to unsubscribe, or have your details deleted

Write to gina@ginatgraham.com and say which it is. I will do it and write back to tell you it is done. Once market updates start going out, every one of them will carry an unsubscribe link at the foot, which will do the same thing in one click.

Unsubscribing from one of those emails will take you off the list altogether, not just off that mailing. You do not have to wait for that: write to me and I will take you off it today. Your address then stays on file only as a do-not-contact record, so that nobody signs you up again by mistake, and it is never used to send you anything. I keep that record for as long as the list itself exists; nothing deletes it on a schedule. If you would rather your address were removed altogether instead of kept that way, say so and it will be.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is still no agreed standard for what a site should do when it arrives, so this site does not act on it. It changes nothing in practice, because this site does not follow you across other sites to begin with.
